Solar Services in Puerto Rico
Complete renewable energy solutions for homes and businesses. From installation to maintenance, we handle everything.
Solar Panel Installation
We install residential and commercial photovoltaic systems designed for Puerto Rico's climate conditions. Everything included: consultation, PE-signed design, installation, and LUMA net metering management if you want it. A construction permit is normally not required on an existing roof. 1-year workmanship warranty, extendable up to 10 years with the Kilowatt Care maintenance plan.
- ✓ Residential systems sized to your consumption
- ✓ Custom commercial systems
- ✓ Permits: usually none needed on an existing roof
- ✓ LUMA net metering management (optional)
Battery Backup Systems
Keep your home running when LUMA fails. Backup hours are calculated by dividing the battery's usable kWh by your load in kW, and the panels recharge the battery by day.
- ✓ Load segregation: you choose what gets backed up
- ✓ Automatic grid disconnect during outages
- ✓ Can be added to many existing systems
- ✓ Monitoring set up on commissioning day
Roof Sealing
Before installing panels, we evaluate and waterproof your roof. A sealed roof protects your home from water damage and ensures your solar installation is safe and long-lasting.
- ✓ Roof evaluation
- ✓ Professional waterproofing
- ✓ Sealing warranty in writing in your proposal
- ✓ Concrete and metal roofs
Maintenance & Cleaning
Keep your panels operating at peak efficiency. Saharan dust, salt air, and debris lower solar production if the panels are not washed regularly.
- ✓ Washing with water and a soft-bristle brush
- ✓ Visual inspection of panels and inverters
- ✓ Production report
- ✓ Custom maintenance plan
